How to change quantities

Shipping

World-wide shipping via registered air mail is included in all our prices. We'll notify you immediately after the shipment, and we'll include a copy of the mail receipt.

Registered Air Mail
In our experience (since 1997), the average transport time to most addresses in the U.S. is 8 business days, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 15, mainly depending on the load over the mail system, December having the longest transport times. We have never recorded any lost or damaged packages.

Shipments are delivered the next business day to most U.S. and European Union addresses. You may track the package online. For information about our FedEx shipping price policy, please click here.
If you are not located in the continental U.S.A. and request FedEx shipping, we will quickly send you a quotation. Then you may confirm your order. Please note that the above rates for FedEx shipping do not apply to our fans for weddings and parties nor to some of our custom made fans. The FedEx extra fee is not refundable.

Gift wrapping, printed messages

Gift wrapping and printed messages to the recipients are offered at no extra charge. Feel free to use the Ordering Instructions text area to request these services. When writing your message to the recipient, please begin the message with the word BEGIN and end it with the word END.

If your order must be delivered to a country outside the European Union:
Please be aware that we must attach the invoice to the shipping box. So, when you order a gift for a recipient in a shipping address different than your billing address, the original invoice will be mailed to you, while a copy of it will be sent with the shipment. This may result in the recipient having to pay tax.
